Arctic Marina keeps this policy deliberately plain. It covers the little data this site touches, why we touch it, and the rights you have over it.
We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.
Your details are used for exactly one thing: answering you and handling whatever you asked about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings.
No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.
We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message to info@arcticmarina.com is enough.
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
